Lake Arrowhead is a private community in Clinton County, Missouri, United States. It is served by the USPS of Lathrop.
The community is located north of the city of Holt and south of the city of Lathrop and between the highways of * Interstate 35 on the east and * Route 33 on the west.
The subdivision is operated and managed by the Lake Arrowhead Property Owners Association, consisting of ALL OWNERS in good standing. The owners in good standing elect a volunteer Board of Trustees. This property owners association has been administratively dissolved by the State of Missouri. The authority of this property owners association is therefor unknown.
The subdivision has lakes, ponds, boating, fishing, beaches, swimming, picnic areas, camping lots, a community center, rentals, and residential homes.
The association is not involved with the selling or rental of real estate or land development.
The office is located in the community center building. There is no commercial development company active at the subdivision.
There are 2058 total lots in the subdivision.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau the 2010 population for the Lake Arrowhead area is 376 persons.

The entire community encompasses over 500 acres of hilly, tree covered land with large grassy areas on the West Side.
Private LakesEdit
All boats require a current decal. A Missouri Fishing Permit is required.
There are 3 lakes varying in size. Map of Lakes
Lake Arrowhead is the largest. It has 3 boat ramps, 2 docks, 1 beach and 4 public use areas.
Spring Lake is the mid-sized fishing lake offering 2 public use areas with 2 beaches.· Small fishing boats with under 10 hp motors are allowed.
Aspen Lake is the smallest lake offering a public use area with swimming beach. No motorized boats are allowed.
Community PropertyEdit
The Association owns and maintains considerable common areas around the lakes for use by its property owners in good standing. The Association maintains 26 miles of gravel roads. Just inside by the main gate is the Community Building, which can be reserved for a variety of functions.
CampingEdit
Camping and camper trailer, tents, RV's are allowed in the subdivision on your lot(s) only. There are no public use campgrounds, showers, or restrooms located within the subdivision.
School DistrictsEdit
The community is served by two school districts.
Northside - The Lathrop R-II School District.
Southside - The Kearney R-1 School District.
