This is a list of state highways in the U.S. state of Oregon, sorted by highway number and name. These numbers and names are not signed, and are rarely used by the public; instead the route numbers appear on signs and maps.

Included in this list are significant portions of signed routes that are not state-maintained. Those portions that were once state highways are listed under that number, while those that were never state highways are at the end of the list.

Highways with numbers over 100 are numbered by county, with each county having a range of ten numbers; for instance, Highways 330 to 339 are in Umatilla County.
